Terms & Conditions of Use Booking & Payment Procedures:
After your confirmation, we will send you a form to complete and return to us by fax or email to confirm your reservation. At this stage of your booking, we will request an initial payment of 25% of the total amount via our payment page www.select-egypt.com or by bank transfer to our bank account. Upon your arrival in Egypt, the remaining balance of your stay will be due before your departure. The remaining amount must be paid either in cash to our representative or by credit card at our offices in Cairo. (A 3% charge will be added to all credit card payments). All taxes are included in the advertised prices. The name appearing on your bank statement will be Select Egypt e . Your contract will be with Select Egypt e , an Egyptian agency, License number 1804. Select Egypt is a member of the Egyptian Travel Agencies Association.
Trip cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax or email. See cancellation fees below;
More than 30 days before departure, 0% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
Between 10 and 30 days before departure, 20% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
Less than 9 to 2 days before departure, 25% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
Domestic flights are non-refundable; airlines reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee.
The sooner the airline receives the necessary information, the lower the fee will be charged to the customer.
Refunds:
The refund will be issued to the bank account associated with the credit card used. Refunds will follow the same payment method as the original payments.
Children's rates:
0-1.99 free ; 2-5.99 25% of the total cost of the stay; 6-11.99 50% of the total cost of the stay; 12 and over are considered adults
Complaints:
Dear customers, if you have a complaint during your stay in Egypt, please inform the Select Egypt team immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you feel that your problem has not been properly resolved, please call the Quality Control Manager in Egypt, Mr. Hendy Taha, at +201 205 04040.
If, upon returning to your home country, you are still not satisfied with our services, you can contact the Association of Travel Agencies in Egypt or the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in Cairo (www.egypt.travel).
